story
About Us
Marvilee was birthed to honor the memory of my son Marvin Lee Sullivan, who was a light to his family, a loving son, and a father who battled with addiction and passed away on June 23, 2020, at the age of 24. Marvin was a great kid who made some adverse choices. Marvilee is for the benefit of any youth, but especially our youth who are lacking life skills or struggling with addictions. The pain of losing a child has me on a mission to support the youth and share with parents my personal experience with losing a child to addiction. Marvilee became a 501(c)(3) non-profit in 2023 and works towards a community and eventually a world without substance abuse.
All School Graduation Party 2025
Let’s Celebrate the class by bridging the gap between graduates, their families, and our communities’ robust resources so they can access the support they need to succeed.
Pack the Pod
We are excited to be collaborating for the 2nd year with St. Monica’s Behavioral Health Services and FOXBOX.
The mission is to collect as many black hair care, hygiene products and under garments such as bras, socks, and underwear all sizes for the women in recovery. Some of these women will be coming from jail with no resources to care for themselves and we want to do our part to ensure that this is not a barrier to the journey of healing and recovery. This campaign will run from February 1st until February 28th. Thank you in advance, your donations are appreciated.
